Assignment Contract
Hello, I just watched an old video 3 years ago on Jerry Nortons page. He stated wholesalers should stop using the assignment agreements, because there was issues with sellers being told that we are the actual buyers. And it caused some legal issues so title companies are no longer accepting them. This is contradictory from what I’ve been educating myself on the last week or so. Has there been a change in the verbiage with contracts and any changes with title companies since then??

@Eddie Nwabuoku Well yeah the more I listened and read on updated wholesaling info, I realized it was no longer.🙂 I planned to use the templates that Max provided but will also take a peep at the one you linked. Good looking out!
Assignment Contract question
Hello, I’m needing some clarity. As I’m reading the info I saw that we should ensure we get 20% of assignment fee from buyer and the remainder at closing. Does this mean whatever amount agreed upon for the wholesaler the 20% comes from that? And how is it disbursed. Also is there a standard percentage that wholesaler gets from each sell? If not, how does one determine the amount the wholesaler gets? Thanks
