Yall—AI truly is taking over, and some of the things people are doing with it are amazing! Met a successful content creator who pivoted into vibe coding a platform which helps people learn how to make flower arrangements. Flower arrangements, ladies. And she’s making good money from that! If you can offer a practical service which people need or want, and doesn’t yet have a lot of market saturation, that’s the sweet spot. The most successful people in the AI space I’m meeting this week do one of two things 1. Boring work that’s needed (systems, automations, agents) 2. Niche/creative digital/tech products or education that will appeal to a small yet loyal customer base who have money to spend. If you have a skill set like medicine, law, education, finance, camping, fashion, cooking, etc., you can build an audience around that, then launch a service, digital, or tech product around it.

Just concluded the last vibe coding co-working session of 2025. After tonight, we will be moving into building custom GPTs and other tools. Over the last two months of having co-working sessions, one common theme has emerged. The only thing separating you from others who are doing what you want to do is AUDACITY. Audacity is what gives people the self-belief (or delusion) that they can sell, educate, market, + lead over others who may be more qualified or capable. There are currently people in the AI space who are portraying themselves as builders, certified, accredited, and even experts who are not any of these things, but they have the AUDACITY to sell themselves as such, and convince others to do the same! They are building followers and monetary wealth off of the belief that if they say their (real or fake) credentials the loudest and most often, others will get behind their mission. And they do! Let this be a lesson to you — try, try, and try again. Believe in yourselves and your abilities. Whether you choose to be ethical or honest, that’s up to you. But don’t let fear of the unknown stop you. Many just like you are jumping without a parachute, and it’s paying off.
