I need around 6-7 to feel it - but being an insomniac, it’s usually a lot less. Last night wasn’t bad though at around 5 & a 1/2 hours, so up at 3:30 this morning 🙂
Day 1: Here is what Week One of my 12 Week Year looks like!
Vision first. I spent the last few weeks getting clear on what I actually want five to fifteen years from now. A slower rhythm. Seasons in Colorado. Seasons near the ocean. A journal van parked behind me. Burn Bright, Not Out, running with structure and momentum. Then I zoomed in on three years. Then I pulled it into twelve weeks. I entered my goals into my spreadsheet after ChatGPT helped me make them SMART. Clean. Specific. Measurable. Here are my three for this cycle: By the end of this 12-week cycle, I will be consistently earning $1000 per month on Skool through Income Without Burnout and Skool affiliates. By the end of this 12-week cycle, I will be consistently making $2500 per month on Amazon KDP and FBA in profit. By the end of this 12-week cycle, I will complete all research, financial analysis, and action steps necessary to confidently list my investment property and be fully prepared to purchase a journal van and a land or tiny home investment property, with a written execution plan in place. After that, I added every tactic I could think of that would move those goals forward. It is easier to edit down than to create from scratch later. Then I mapped out Week One and Week Two for execution and scoring by placing the right tactics into the exact days I plan to complete them. Now I am following the plan and checking the boxes. You can see my tracker below. Some boxes are checked. Some are not. Monday is at fifty percent right now. That is real life. I am still working for a bit longer today. This is what it looks like behind the scenes for me. Clear vision. Focused twelve-week targets. Weekly tactics loaded. Scoreboard visible. Quick question @Sybil Hall Is it best to add other tasks I’ve been doing that aren’t related to the goals in the notes section? I like to have an idea of what else I’ve been doing to understand the data / why some days I have less or more time. Or is it best to only track goal related steps & tasks? My energy has continued to be extremely low this week (it’s one of those things & will pass in a few weeks) so my steps / tasks look rather few & far between this week 🫣
