You guys, I’m fully funded and so grateful! 🎉 Woohoo and thank you! Original message: The last few days have been huge for my Kiva loan, and it looks like I’ll reach the full $10,000 today! I’m feeling incredibly grateful. Just a few weeks ago I wasn’t sure I’d even make it through private fundraising. Now, thanks to so many people saying “yes,” this loan is 97% funded with 137 lenders behind it. 💚 If everything finishes as expected, Kiva pays out the funds just a few days after the loan reaches 100%. This loan will help me manufacture more journals and planners so I can continue growing Burn Bright, Not Out and Income Without Burnout. To every single person who lent, shared, commented, encouraged me, or simply cheered me on… thank you. You helped make this happen. I’ll be back with a celebratory update when that funding bar hits 100%! 🌱🎉

I’ve been thinking about the bigger vision for our community, and I’d love your honest opinion. When someone joins Income Without Burnout, what transformation do you think they’re really buying? 💙 I want to build a business by myself. 💚 I want multiple income streams. 💛 I want more freedom. ❤️ I want to use AI to help me do it. I’m asking because I want to make sure everything I create, from workshops to classrooms to content, is crystal clear about the transformation I’m helping people achieve. I wanted to share a win with this community because I know many of us are building our businesses one step at a time. I was approved for a $1,000 loan through PARO, an organization that helps women entrepreneurs in Canada access funding when traditional financing can be difficult. The best part? $500 of this first loan is forgivable. I'll repay the remaining $500 with payments of about $60 a month for eight months. If all goes well, I can then apply for a $2,000 loan, with $1,000 of that also being forgivable. For me, this feels like a real breakthrough. At first, I was going to put the money toward a $3,000 landing page. Instead, I hired someone on Upwork to build me a simple landing page for just $200 CAD, and they did a fantastic job. That decision freed up the rest of the money for something even more valuable: buying back my time. Yesterday, I interviewed 4 virtual assistants in two hours! 🤯 I've hired one of them for a six-hour trial over the next two weeks, starting Monday. If we're a great fit, I'll keep them on long after this funding is gone. This feels like one of those small decisions that can create much bigger opportunities down the road. Sometimes growth isn't about working harder. It's about getting the right support so you can focus on the work that only you can do. Here's to first milestones—and many more to come. 🚀
