Absolutely loving the KBY sessions.   They give you such deep clarity and calmness. The practise will help to clear out so much and reset the brain on such a deep level
I have found I am able to go deeper and deeper into the meditations, the more you do the greater the benefits.  Highly recommend Martine’s work, I have been lucky enough to experience more of Martine’s work over the years which has helped me greatly, to gain so much more of a clearer perception in so many aspects of life.
