Health literacy is the capacity to find, understand, evaluate, and use basic health information and services to make well-informed health decisions and actions for oneself and others. My community revolves around this. THIS IS MY PASSION! I have several book ideas small and large and digital product ideas around this too. My problem is I have ZERO idea of where to start. Meaning, which are going to be most useful. A glossary of medical terms commonly used. Diagnoses, blood work abbreviations, imaging terminology. A framework for chronic illness and how to manage it day-today and in the long term. Questions for Your Doctor - going through the type of appointments you may have and the appropriate questions to ask to help shape your healthcare plan and move it towards greater/better outcomes. Open to all ideas. My BIG HEALTH book idea revolves around Health Preservation and how this would not only make us much healthier if taught early, but would also save us a lot of money, ourselves and our governments. All ideas are welcome! Thoughts, large or small. Brainstorming ideas, having input is the way I learn and decide. Thanks all!

I’d really appreciate some advice from members with experience with this. Amazon rejected my 7-day hormonal workbook, saying it “might result in a disappointing customer experience.” They then closed my KDP account and removed my published 90-day journal, Beyond a Thousand Veils, from sale. I’ve appealed, but their replies uphold the decision without explaining the specific problem, so I don’t know what I’m being asked to correct. This journal draws on over 40 years of professional experience, and I’ve just spent a week translating it into French at my French clients’ request. To say I’m frustrated would be an understatement! Have you successfully challenged a KDP closure, found a useful escalation route, or moved your book to another publishing service? I’d be grateful for practical suggestions or recommendations based on your own experience. I’m determined to find a way forward. 💛

I am feeling a little sad... I almost had my flame for an WHOLE YEAR, and I lost it yesterday. I was having a long day of traveling with my son yesterday and didn't get on in time to get my activities. LIFE HAPPENS but also traveling solo with a 5 year old who constantly tests boundaries can be ALOT. I'm trying to keep up with everything so my routine is off at the moment, but I am planning to get my flame back ASAP!🩷
