Over the years my work has grown in many directions 🔄🌠 🌠Breath practices. 🌠Dowsing. 🌠Soul Signatures. 🌠Meditations 🌠Psychological integration. 🌠Reflection and journaling. 🌠Exploring deeper soul patterns. 🌠Physical applications/practices (herbal prescribing/yoga) At times it probably looked like a collection of different ideas. But inside the work, I could always see the thread connecting them: ➿mind, body and soul work weaving together like a tapestry. Each piece supports a different aspect of becoming steady within yourself — physically, emotionally, mentally, energetically and spiritually.
