Bio: really not much to say - just celebrated a birthday and this was my gift to myself!

Bio: I am from Texas and am 54. I work a lot of hours and spend a lot of time commuting, so I'm excited to find a workout that can be done in 15 minutes.

Bio: I've recently become an empty nester. Looking to drop weight and tone up and if I find some awesome people in the meantime even better!
