I hate being over my personal idea of my ideal weight. I also hate not being as fit and strong as I want to be. My idea of ideal doesn't agree with the accepted idea of ideal.

I wake up early and pretend to still be asleep so that my husband can open the gate for the staff and bring me coffee..... several cups. It works well for me. At night he tends to fall asleep at 9pm sharp which gives me uninterrupted time to engage in sudoku, blockwood, or whatever mindless game I fancy until I fall asleep. That also works well for me😁
WEATHER 🥶🥵
I’m just curious… how much does the weather influence your decision to train? So here are some easy tips for weather excuses… In winter, if possible, get dressed in your training clothes when you stand up in the morning and just layer over it. Just that thought of changing clothes when it is cold can easily cancel your training. Summer, if it is really hot - like heatwave hot - make sure that you prepared ice water for yourself for when you train. Air con not working in the gym… suck it up and enjoy the sweat. 🥵🤣

Riding horses can get to be quite spicy when it is cold. They get to be a bit frisky.

I have almost constant neck and shoulder pain which sometimes goes into my elbow or hand. Cooking or sitting at a computer make it instantly ache. Im told it is a disc problem and the answer is surgery.
