Serving Smoked Sausage Dog
I would like information about keeping Sausage warm on a cart. Should I hold in hot water like my hot dogs and place on the grill when ordered or grill ahead of an order and keep warm in a pan over my steam pan.

Look at the product and see if it is easy to take apart and clean. Make sure you can completely disassemble it and clean each part.

How do people put mustard or ketchup on a hotdog? Do you swiggle it in a zig zag pattern or do you do a straight line on the dog?
