What are some ideas you no longer think to be true?
I no longer think that being ignorant is a bad thing. I don’t need to know everything that’s happening in the world at all times. What are some of your ideas you no longer believe to be true, as you get older and wiser everyday?

This book changed my life...
I finished reading this book about 3 months ago, and, honestly, my life hasn't got this better ever since I read this... This book called "Atomic Habits" talks about how to really make good habits and destroy the bad ones. The book shows you how to do that on a incredible easy way, helping you improving your life for once. I seriously recommend you to at least check out this short book if you want to improve your life. @Alex Boke Among all of them, the ones that work best for me are: 1. Design an ambient that helps you doing and remembering your habits. 2. Follow and be with people who are also trying to reach the same goals as you do. 3. Say all aloud all the benefits or disadvantages of the thing you're going or you need to do (you can even exaggerate them). 4. Design a version of your habit that takes of 2 or less minutes to perform, be conscious that the only thing that matters is to never miss a repetition of your habit, it doesn't matter how much you do on a repetition. 5. Restrict yourself to do something you like until you finish the thing you need to do. Or just restrict a thing you most not do (ex: bricking your phone). Make your bad habits very hard to do and your good ones very easy. 6. Make a habit tracker: make an X mark on a calendar every time you finish to do a repetition of your habit. Those are the best tricks of the book in my opinion. I recommend reading the book because it show way more tricks to help improving your life.
