Honestly this institution has become the go to for my training. It has a huge variety of skills you can learn and modules that cover a ton of stuff. I’ve been able to find a lot of stuff online on how to do certain kicks. What I haven’t been able to find is how/when to apply them. The institution of course has a ton of info on it. It also has a mobility and gas tank section which are my biggest weakness, so upgrading to premium has been incredibly beneficial.
