Every platform or every real estate industry is always going to have those who want the information without the paid mentorship or information without the connection when hearing from a person they already think is just another GURU who doesn't perform. Heres where that fails and then I will inform you how it makes sense to learn from someone who is actually exhausting their last steps to get the results that you are aiming for as well. Imagine? You join a group to learn something that could potentially improve your real estate wholesaling objectives and you find that there are still some little things that you can add and still think some things that are still missing? Things or resources that make what you are doing just a little bit better, right? Now Imagine? I am ready
deed or title issue?
I am looking up tax liens and many times i come across liens which appear to have happened because of deceased owner. my problem is then how to look up the next to kin or heir, or better yet, wouldn't it be easier to just look up the deed? that way i could see who actually has legal rights. I feel like some of these might actually end up probate leads

Hey @Patrick Brown this is after it went to auction from the county? Or before the tax sale date?

@Patrick Brown right that’s the next step I’m about to jump on a call with a tittle company here in FL to see if they handle the process of paying back the taxes to the tax collectors office etc
