Who's getting the new X5?

I'm new to the group and new to posting GSV content. I noticed other platforms have a blur faces and license plates feature in their software. Does Cloud Pano have this also? Are we required by Google to blur out faces and license plates before uploading 360 photos to GSV? Or does the Google approval process handle all that? Thanks!
