Hi fellow AI enthusiasts, When working with clients, do you usually set up an n8n server directly for them, or do you host all the automations on your own server using their credentials? If you host the server yourself, do you typically charge a monthly hosting fee in addition to the automation setup fee? Thanks in advance!

Last week Thursday i managed to secure my first client finally after many months of failing and never giving up. It took me 407 days to get my first client but the ups and downs in between were most definitely worth it. This is for a simple Voice AI Agent for their e-com store and a simple n8n workflow. All i can say is fall in love with the work and you will win eventually. To anyone in the AI space keep going!!

I closed a $60K contract today at NeoSky AI for a client adding new voice agent products to work alongside their human agents. They didn’t want to add headcount, but also, didn’t want to lose valuable employees. So we’re upping the game with enhancing current team members, teaching them valuable AI skills, while incorporating an entire AI suite of products! I was already working with this company, but only charging per AI agent setup and support. However, the client needed to decrease the time-to-market, so we expanded our partnership. Stay the course everyone!
