I tried out for next seasons U12 team at Inspire Girls Football in surrey. They invited me back to the second trial which was last Friday and they quickly communicated back that they wanted me! I’m really excited for next season and ready to start pre-season

Kian has been asked by a local JPL team if he would like to come down tonight and join in training and see what he thinks (like how they didn’t say it’s a trial just come for a game see if I like us!) so he has come home from school straight into garden for some warm up

So I saw a local page advertise goalkeeper trials for a club (Bradford city) I clicked out of curiosity and it asks mums height and dads height Do they really rule kids out at such a young age due to parents heights?? I mean if they took me for a girl I’m fairly tall at 5’9 my dad is 6ft as are my uncles my cousin is 6’3 etc so Kian has a great chance! My hubby is 5’8 so not tall for a man really so would they not bother if I put his height down … I mean his brother is 6ft and one of his uncles How do they know which side Kian would take after? Why only look at parents and not rest of family? My daughter is 12 and very tall deff gonna be like me
