I'm working on keeping consistent with my daily knee 'rehab' excercises. I work up a sweat, so a fan is always close by. ;) This 4th is my do as much as nothing as I possibly can aka couch potato day. Then back to the gym and or 10k step day. Hope everyones 4th was great!

Hello! I'm Lucy. I love exercising. I have since as long as I can remember. I started running as my main excercise. Then I discovered Body Pump. That with running was chefs kiss. While I have that motivation, the food intake was not good. I cannot eat like in my 20s or 30s. Also, concious that my health includes more than excercise and food. IT also needs spiritual/social sustenance. Now that I am retired (for the second time), I have more free time. I would like to invest time in my health. This menopause thing took me for a loop and the weight has been a struggle. Work in progress. :)
