Your strength has always impressed me and your energy is contagious 🤩💪 I love how you described running and body pump as the chefs kiss! I totally agree. Awesome job keeping up with your rehab exercises! I have a routine in supposed to follow for my back and hip pain, and I find it hard to fit into the week sometimes 🙈 I’m happy to hear you give your self rest days aka “couch potato days” haha! We all need days like that sometimes for overall recovery.

@Karin Alfonso it’s not bad if you can’t touch your fingertips! There are things you can do to increase that flexibility. How close were you, could you tell?

Tonight’s dinner…
Prepped chicken thighs, baked potato chunks, boiled broccoli, kimchi, & my favorite sauces: mayonnaise and ketchup mixture for potatoes and ranch with bbq for my chicken. This is such a simple meal but soooo delicious and satisfying. And you can mix it up by changing what seasonings you use, or maybe swapping the vegetable or baking sweet potatoes instead. Macros WITH my yummy sauces: 540 calories 25g fat 39g carbs 38g protein Macros WITHOUT sauces: 420 calories 14g fat 36g carbs 38g protein
