Bio: Nature and animal lover. On here because I want to heal my body from the inside out after many years of over eating and current ongoing health issues.

Bio: Born in CA farm country. Ate clean home cooked meals. Retired RN 48 years. I have struggled with my weight most of my life & menopause.

Bio: 27 years old, on a journey to feel the best I ever have. Even as a teenager, I didn’t thrive like this. 36kg loss. Active member of the community.
