If over the next 90 days I could help you complete your first BRRRR deal… 🏚️➡️💰 Where you buy, renovate, rent, refinance, and repeat — using little of your own money, without relying on traditional banks, and even if your credit isn’t perfect… …would you take me up on that offer? 👀 Comment “BRRRR” and I’ll show you how!!
Hey everyone! I am pleased to announce I officially closed escrow today on my first Turnkey Property 🏡 in Alabama! I have also just started my journey into the purchase of a 2nd Turnkey Property just like that! I’m going all in. Spartan definitely seems super awesome and easy to work with, with great incentives. I just wanted to give a special shoutout to Brian for all his guidance, educating, and coaching over the past few months…and for also being there to stay on my ass when I procrastinated too many weeks/months unnecessarily and took no action, thanks to him, I got the ball rolling. I am looking forward to the long term benefits of this and many more investments alike! 💰💰 Thanks Brian!
From the crowd… to the stage 🎤 BPCon 2026 Speaker 🤯 Last year I was in the audience. This year I get to share our Playbook—and more importantly, represent THIS community. This is bigger than me… this is a huge opportunity to grow our network, bring in better deals, stronger partners, and more resources for everyone inside the Rental Property Playbook🤝📈 Everything I learn, every connection I make—I’m bringing it back here to make this group even stronger. You don’t need more time—you need the right system and the right people 🔑 Let’s level up together 🔥
Is there a link I can send my wife to get her in this community? We are heading up to take the leap, I want to schedule the one on one, etc. But I’d like my wife to have access to explore the community
Most people who want to buy their first investment property never do. Not because they can't afford it. Not because the market is bad. Not because they picked the wrong strategy. Because they're still researching. Another YouTube video. Another podcast. Another book. Another forum thread about whether BRRRR is better than buy-and-hold. Meanwhile someone with less knowledge and less savings bought a property last month. And another one this month. The difference isn't information. It's a decision followed by action. Everything you need to buy your first property exists right now. The market won't wait for you to feel ready. It never has for anyone who's actually done it. What's the one thing that's kept you in research mode instead of taking a real step forward?
