I have a library of fully produced podcast audio episodes (no video, just audio), featuring interviews with people like Naveen Jain, Bruce Buffer, Bas Rutten etc. My goal is turn these into realistic video conversations as if they were recorded on camera using AI avatars of me and the guest, synced to the original audio, complete with natural head movement, facial expressions, reactions, pauses, etc. Essentially: Audio-only → AI-generated video podcast with two talking heads. I’m not looking for generic “audiogram with waveforms” or static avatars. I want it to feel like we actually recorded it on camera. Any thoughts on what tools to use and how to achieve this?
