Hi here are a few ways I have found to be are tried and true to find buyers after 9 years of experience. Build a list of cash buyers who have purchased properties in the last six months, put out bandit signs in the area you are working in if you are not virtual, Use sites like craigslist or Facebook marketplace and leverage ghost ads, you can also go to your local REIA meetings, and auctions are a great place for cash investors.
