I was so inspired I woke up at 3am! I have been told i need knee surgery and I dont want to go that route. I started an experiment. by 5:30am I had designed a complete rehab schedule for my knee with the torn meniscus, with exact frequencies for daily FSM treatments, suplements, lymph drainage, and even designed an app for my iPhone to stay motivated and keep records. Mind blown!

I read a thoughtful article on substack and am curious if anyone in this group is interested to comment on this topic. The debate is about the 2 day conference that Anthropic held recently with priests to discern whether Claude has a soul, and also the legal issues surrounding the contract for the department of defense.
