Celebrate Small Wins to Build Progress
Let’s talk about small wins, because honestly, they’re the unsung heroes of achieving big goals. Whether you’re saving money, building a new habit, or working on a dream, those little victories along the way deserve some spotlight too! Why are small wins so important? Think of them like checkpoints in a game. Every time you hit one, you feel a little boost of energy, right? They’re proof that progress is happening—even if it’s not at lightning speed. It’s easy to get discouraged when you’re only focused on the end goal, but breaking it into smaller steps makes the journey way more manageable and, dare I say, fun! For example, when I started freelancing while juggling mom life, I celebrated every new client like I’d just won an award. Did that one project pay for a huge family trip? Nope. But it helped me see that I could balance work and family, and that was worth celebrating. How to celebrate small wins? 1. Acknowledge them: Sometimes we’re so focused on what’s next that we forget to appreciate how far we’ve come. Take a moment to say, “Hey, I did that!” 2.Treat yourself (within reason): It doesn’t have to be fancy. Maybe it’s a nice coffee, an episode of your favorite show, or just a little extra time gaming after a long day. 3.Write it down: Keeping a journal of wins—big and small—can be a huge confidence boost when you’re feeling stuck. 4. Share it: There’s something motivating about sharing your progress with others, whether it’s in a community, with friends, or even your family. Bonus: they’ll cheer you on and keep you accountable. For me, it’s all about progress, not perfection. Every time I skip impulse purchases or knock out a client project, I’m one step closer to my big goals. And those steps? They’re worth celebrating. What small win are you celebrating today? Let’s cheer each other on! 🎉

The AI Gold Rush is Here – Are You Ready?
AI automation isn’t just the future, it’s happening now. Businesses know they need AI, but most don’t know where to start. That’s where the real opportunity is. Right now, 80% of businesses need automation, yet only a small fraction are using it effectively. That gap is where AI agency founders are stepping in and turning automation into real revenue. If you’re thinking about launching an AI agency or offering automation services, here’s what actually matters: - Businesses don’t care about AI, they care about results. Focus on efficiency, cost savings, and revenue growth. - You don’t need to be a developer. The right frameworks and tools can help you build solutions fast. - Selling AI services is easier when you solve real problems. Every industry has bottlenecks AI can fix—you just need to identify them. Where Most People Get Stuck (And How to Move Past It) 1. They try to learn everything at once. Instead, pick one niche, one AI tool, and one problem to solve. Master that first. 2. They focus too much on the tech. What matters is how businesses use it. The best AI agencies sell solutions, not software. 3. They don’t have a system for getting clients. Learning how to automate client acquisition is just as important as building AI solutions. Once you crack these three things, building and scaling an AI agency becomes a real possibility. The question is—are you positioning yourself to take advantage of this shift? If you're serious about turning AI into a real business, let’s talk. Ask me anything.

The FLAME GAME....
As you may have noticed I lost my flame... life happened, time flew by and poof it was gone! I am SUPER sad about that BUT I would not have traded what I was doing for that flame.... my 2 little grands daughters, that I had not seen in 6 months showed up knocking on my door New Years Eve to surprise me.... I only had them for 48 hours and honestly I was so into absorbing them for that amount of time I just didnt even think about skool but...... here we are! Time for the FLAME GAME....... it ONLY take 10 activities a day for 30 days consecutively to get it back.... MARK MY WORDS I WILL HAVE IT BACK and .... now my goal is to keep it so my ENTIRE YEAR is filled with GREEN SQUARES..... Anyone else want to join the FLAME GAME with me?? I am going to create fun prizes for 30 days and then quarterly.. so our first goal is 30 days!!!! LET'S GO!!!

How to Build Discipline Before the New Year
The New Year is right around the corner, but here’s the thing, discipline doesn’t magically appear on January 1st. It’s something you can start building right now, one small habit at a time. 1. Start Small Discipline is like a muscle—it grows with consistent effort. Pick one small habit you can commit to daily, like drinking a glass of water first thing in the morning or spending 5 minutes tidying up before bed. 2.Create a Routine Having a routine makes it easier to stick to habits. it’s all about prepping the night before, writing my to-do list or setting up breakfast so mornings feel less chaotic. 3.Track Your Progress There’s something so motivating about seeing how far you’ve come. Whether it’s a journal, an app, or just a checklist on your fridge, tracking your wins keeps you accountable. 4. Be Kind to Yourself You’re not going to get it perfect every day, and that’s okay. What matters is that you show up and keep trying. Progress, not perfection, is the goal. Discipline isn’t about waiting for the New Year to start fresh, it’s about starting now with small, intentional choices.

@Frogjunkiee Shannon-Nelson Exactly, Shannon! It's all about those small, consistent steps, progress over perfection, always. Routines really do take the pressure off and make things flow. What’s one routine that’s been a game-changer for you lately?

@Angel Fletcher Exactly, Angel! Discipline is built in the day-to-day, not on January 1st. Those small, intentional steps really do stack up over time.
