Official Start of the Coutryball Games!
The Countryball Games has started! Who is ready to take part in a massive competition for all countryball animators? I’m talking big competition! What are the Coutryball Games? 🏁Every participant has to make a short (0:30 - 1:00) animation on the given topic! In order to win you have to have the best Animation out of all competitors! The winner is decided by me. I will judge based on: - The quality of the elements (countryballs, backgrounds, weapons, details) - The structure of the scenes. Is it easy to understand whats going on? - The historical accuracy - The music and the sound effects - The thumbnail 🏆The winner will get a shout out in my YouTube community page and in Skool! This will drive awareness of your animation to other viewers and will help you gain subscribers to your own YouTube channel! The first competition takes place from 24.06 - 07.07 and the topis is the Greek Revolution in 1821. To participate you have to upload your video on YouTube (if you don’t want it to be public just make it unlisted and then only people with the link can see it), then send us the link as a post in the Skool community under special “Countryball games” category. That’s it! You can submit multiple videos if for example you wish that you want to change something in your previous application. NOTE: It doesn’t matter on what software you animate or montage I am looking forward to see your animations! But will this be all or is there something else on the horizon? 👀 Now it is time to get started on Animating!!

Thankfully i can join this, let's go 🔥🔥🔥
Be unique!
Whats up my friends? I've watched some amazing animations in the community. Thank you very much for sharing your art with us! But one issue I notice with some animations... You make your animations looking a lot like mine. And I mean the backgrounds, the music and the action are almost the same as parts of my animations. It's not wrong to be inspired by me or by someone else, it's actually really nice thing that we all get ideas from each other. But then again try to add a little more creativity into your art. You might think that if it worked for me it will work for you, but that's simply not the case. Everyone will get success on social media by being themself and making unique content, different from others'. So I encourage you - do the things your own way and unlock your inner creativity! I promise you will get better this way!

Yes sir! I always keeping in mind that being unique and authentic is both challenging and fun I usually asking the original creator are they good if i taking their videos as an inspiration but that's just happened like once in a year Because your own work will value more, no matter what the result is
Don't forget to ask for help! 😀
I know that animating can sometimes be challenging, and it's okay to face a few bumps along the road. If anyone is struggling with something right now or has hit a roadblock, please don’t hesitate to share. Whether it’s a technical issue, creative block, or anything else, we’re here to help each other out! Let's spark up some conversation. Answer some of these questions below: 1.What are you currently working on? 2.Are you satisfied with the work you've put into your animations recently? 3.Do you need advice or feedback on anything specific? Feel free to drop your thoughts, questions, and updates in the comments below. Remember, we’re all in this together, and supporting each other is what makes this community strong! I'm a bit busy right now and might not be able to respond to everyone, so it would be great if you could help each other out in the comments. Your support for each other is what makes this community amazing! Keep animating and stay awesome: 1. Answer the questions now and share your progress in the comments! 2. Help out your fellow animators by responding to their comments with advice and feedback!

Challenge 6
Ready for a new challenge? I see people share little to no maps at all. Time to change that as I challenge you to draw a map. Can be any map - your country's, map from a conflict or a world map! Here are some tips on how to make the perfect map for your animation! 1) Find a map online, one with good quality and with everything labeled. I find GeaCron and mapz to be awesome quality websites for historical maps although a normal Google search also does the work 2) Put it in your animation software and trace it on a new layer. If there are countries in war paint them in one colour or slightly different shade of the same colour (usually red and blue, but you can try to be different). Don't forget about the sea and paint it blue as well. I make the sea in my animations very dark blue as that helps with contrast. 3) Draw the rivers and the lakes. You maybe have to use another map for that so try to align it with your map. Make the rivers and the lakes the same colour as the sea. 4) Finally show the cities and the forts. Make small point on each of the city's location and make it white with black stroke (Or the opposite way). The capitals or the important cities can have a slightly bigger point. If you make a map of a Medieval war you can label the cities with more fancy font and use fort images instead of points (You will see an example from my Ottoman empire video) Try to use all the tips to make good map. If you add rivers and cities your map and video will look 10x better Just compare my History of France video with the most recent History of Japan Waiting to see your maps my friends! (Bonus points if you add countryballs to it as well)
