To get straight to the point, I searched online to see if I could remove my credit card details When I stopped paying for the subscription, it said I could cancel the renewal whenever I wanted, and like a fool I thought I could remove my data. But once I made the purchase, I realized I couldn't, except for the NIF (tax ID number) and a few other things. Upon further investigation, I found that to remove it I had to contact support so they could do it for me, But there's only one AI chat that promises to send you someone to help, but that person never arrives. I've managed to find a Reddit forum (late) that says Artlist is a scam, that they can't retrieve your credit card details and that they eventually have to block your card, plus a case In one case, a boy had $199 stolen. Few have managed to get their card removed.
