Can someone explain this sentence to me? I always wondered why it says when 'learning new things' instead of just 'I learn easily and effortlessly because I am powerful beyond all measure'
Can you get it done before Christmas?
Who else will be getting one of these with their Christmas post? Comment below... Congratulations @Aggie Lema-Kowalczyk @Salma Foda @Uzma Naqvi

@Sue Boardman it was a slow burn for me. Took me about 7 or 8 months due to work commitments. Something that really helped was doing a free coaching session that another coach offered on the platform. Really put things into perspective and clarified my perspective on time
When was the last time you sat with boredom? šŸ¤”
Let’s be real—boredom can feel awful. But what if I told you it could also be the secret weapon to reclaiming your focus and unleashing your creativity? šŸ’” Here’s a quick story: Victor recently declared himself the ā€œKing of Boredomā€ šŸ‘‘ as part of a strategy to completely disconnect from social media and other distractions. For a few days, he stayed committed—no phone, no scrolling, no unnecessary distractions. But then, boredom crept in. 😩 At first, he thought he’d failed. But when he reflected on it, Victor had a realization: šŸ‘‰ Boredom wasn’t his enemy. It was his guide. Without the endless distractions, boredom forced Victor to face the discomfort he’d been avoiding. Instead of running from it, he decided to sit with it—and the results were mind-blowing. 🤯 Here’s the process Victor used to turn boredom into creativity: The 3-Step ā€œKing of Boredomā€ Framework šŸ› ļø: 1ļøāƒ£ Acknowledge Boredom 🧘 – Understand that boredom isn’t a sign of failure. It’s simply space—a pause—that can be used to fuel new ideas. 2ļøāƒ£ Set Boundaries 🚪 – Choose specific times to completely disconnect from distractions (no phone, no notifications, no social media). Give yourself the freedom to just think. 3ļøāƒ£ Leverage the Clarity šŸ’” – Once you’ve embraced boredom, use the space to brainstorm, plan, or dive into tasks you’ve been avoiding. Boredom helps your mind wander, which often sparks your most creative ideas. Let’s Reflect! 🧐 - When was the last time you sat with boredom instead of escaping it? - What ideas or solutions could emerge if you gave yourself the space to think deeply? Your Weekly Challenge šŸš€ This week, challenge yourself to embrace boredom. šŸ™Œ Turn it into your superpower instead of avoiding it. Start small: šŸ‘‰ Take 15 minutes to disconnect today—no phone, no distractions—and see what comes up. Comment below šŸ‘‡: What’s your relationship with boredom? Does it inspire you—or drive you crazy? Let’s discuss!

How do you know when to continue sitting with boredom and when to act on something that comes up? I find that I usually get some insight or an idea relatively quickly but that if I keep sitting with boredom something else comes up. How do you know if you should go with the initial impulse or keep sitting on it and wait for something else?
Why I’m Here
Hi, I’m new here and just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Rachel and I’m a former mental health social worker of 14 years with a background in Psychology, and I am an aspiring Spiritual Coach. I went through a pretty difficult period in my life for about 15 years during which I lost the 2 greatest loves of my life to terminal cancer, one of which was my children’s father, and experienced a lot of verbal and emotional abuse in our relationship of 13 years. The abuse triggered depression/anxiety and substance abuse, and whittling away of the person I had once been. I also lost a large group of all of my closest friends who could not deal with my struggles any longer, and was left pretty much alone at the lowest point in my life. It was shortly after the end of that relationship that I discovered Spirituality, about 3 years ago, and it completely saved and transformed my life. I’ overcome the addictions, found myself again, and have more happiness and peace in my life then I can remember having in a very long time. I also discovered my soul’s purpose during this time, which I am 100% certain is to help other people to overcome darkness in their lives and discover who they really are and why they are here so that they can live the peaceful, happy, and fulfilled lives that they deserve and are meant to live. My 2 biggest philosophies on life are that 1) What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger, and 2) Everything happens for a reason. I’m very excited and grateful for this opportunity to grow my coaching skills and start making an impact in the world. Look forward to meeting you all and making some great connections!
