As the New Year begins, I’m noticing how quickly pressure sneaks in, often before anything has actually gone wrong. January often arrives with a lot of unspoken pressure. I’m curious what happens when we begin with steadiness instead. I’m opening a small 1:1 January Beta for midlife women who are ready for a calmer, more supportive way to change their relationship with food, weight, and their bodies without dieting, forcing, or self-correction. This is private, one-on-one coaching, created for women who know effort isn’t the issue. Pressure stopped working. Their body is asking for a different kind of support. What this beta focuses on Instead of plans or rules, we work from the inside out by: • quieting the inner voice that drives pressure and emotional eating • rebuilding self-trust and nervous system safety • creating change that feels steady, grounded, and sustainable A core part of this work uses Positive Intelligence® (PQ) to help identify and soften Saboteur patterns (Judge, Pleaser, etc.) and strengthen your ability to pause, choose, and follow through with compassion.
