Taking a walk after dinner 3 nights was a win for me! Biggest challenge is still getting in workouts. Going to make good food choices but still enjoy the weekend! Have a great Memorial Day weekend
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about tightening up what matters. And recognizing ALL your efforts... Your body doesn’t need perfection. It needs consistency.

@Joe Carabase I picked doing a mini 5 min(at least) work out 5 days a week instead of 3. I started doing this and it seems to work with my schedule and gets me moving. I also finally went to PT for my shoulder and have that 2 x per week with exercises each day. I am refocusing on my water and carb intake as well. Let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks!
