Muscle as a default makes it easier & simpler to win more
Dealing with pain? It wasn't long ago that the recommendation was to rest. Some of that is true in order to not make the injury worse. The solution? 👉 Muscle anywhere and everywhere. Back pain? Solution = build your core; build your biceps Knee injury? Solution = build your core; build your biceps, triceps and shoulders Shoulder injury? Solution = build your core, glutes and quads When we play offense, we increase odds of winning instead of waiting around playing defense and hoping not to lose. Where can you shift from defense to strategic offense mode?

Why Linda Hamilton’s “Terminator arms” weren’t magic (& why that’s good news for us)
This wasn’t motivation. It was a job. When it’s a job, you don’t self-negotiate. You don’t ask “Is this worth it today?” You just show up. That is a luxury She trained ~3 hours a day, 6 days a week, guided by a trainer who removed decision-making and pushed the pace. She lost ~12 lbs on a TEMPORARY, highly controlled diet (think chicken, fat-free milk, dry salads). Extreme? Yes. Achievable? Also yes. Actors succeed because the usual barriers are handled for them: • Accountability is built in • Decisions are removed • The timeline is clear • Sustainability is NOT the goal—execution is The actual work isn't as hard as the constant deciding. Our lesson isn’t to live like an actor forever. It’s to borrow the principles: ✔ fewer choices (no social media conflicting advice) ✔ clear structure (no squirrel chasing shiny objects jumping from program to program) ✔ external accountability (not showing up inconveniences someone else other than you) ✔ short, focused phases When effort is defined and decisions are off your plate—progress gets easier, goes faster. That’s is what a system is. That system is what we are building here in this community! 10-Day Strong + Lean for Life Kickstarter An intro to the Get Your Time + Body Back system Starts Jan 19. More details to come! Who’s in?

@Alyssa Furukawa aiming for 10000 steps a day 4 day strength split and I also do spin x 2 classes weekly and 1x burn class and 1 x lift class . The daily steps hitting macros and daily water intake is my room for improvement trying hard to achieve this I have been hitting workouts pretty consistently.
