I am sorry I have not posted in a couple of weeks. I got hit with a horrible flu and I am just now starting to feel better. I will be slowly starting back :)

When potential fades. Quietly.
I once worked with someone who is incredibly talented. A gifted designer, a strong marketing mind — the kind of person where you immediately see what’s possible. He has ideas. Vision. Skills.He even completed a coaching training a couple of years ago. And yet — nothing really moved. He closed his small agency. It was doing okay, not great, but enough to get by. Now he’s employed. It pays the bills, supports his family, but it’s far from what he’s capable of. Life plays a role, of course. Health challenges, responsibilities at home. Those things matter. But still, it’s hard to watch.Because I genuinely like him. He’s a great person. And it raises a question for me:What do people like him actually need? Not more ideas. Not more knowledge.Something else. How do you help someone who clearly has the potential - but isn’t moving? And maybe even more important:How do you help someone who doesn’t actively ask for help - but could benefit from it?

It is a heavy thing to watch someone sit on a goldmine of talent while they settle for "enough to get by." It’s especially jarring when you can see the vision so clearly, but they seem to be wearing lead boots. When someone has the skills and the training, like the coaching background you mentioned, but still isn't moving, the "something else" they need usually isn't tactical. It's often an internal shift.

@Elijah Justice Thank you :)
victim
I realized that I played victim for most of my life. It was rough rough child hood. And I did not have the tools to help myself at that time. It took me almost 52 years to not be the victim anymore. I am so excited on this journey...........................................
Studying yourself is one of the most life changing things you can do!
✨ Looking inward helps you recognize patterns that once controlled you without notice. When you understand your triggers, fears, and habits, your reactions stop being automatic. You begin to see where your responses come from and what parts of you are trying to stay safe or avoid pain. With awareness, choice appears. Instead of repeating the same cycles, you pause and respond with intention. That shift creates freedom because your past no longer dictates your present. Knowing yourself gives you the power to change direction consciously. ✨

Looking inward is like finally reading the user manual for the glitchy software running your life. You realize the autopilot has been driving you into a ditch because it thinks that's where the safety is. It’s not just noticing your triggers. It is catching your brain in a frantic lie and finally saying, "Nice try, but no". When you see the pattern, you stop being the puppet and start being the one who cuts the strings. It is messy. It is freedom with a side of "Oh god, I really did that for ten years
