All I want you to do today is: š Post ONE focus or intention for the week ahead. Think of it in the broadest sense of wellness, whatever will *move the dial* for you right now. Examples: - Nervous system (stress, sleep, calm) - Movement (walking, lifting, yoga, dancing, whatever feels good) - Fuel (food, hydration, energy) - Relationships (connection, boundaries, joy) Pick **one word, one GIF, one micro-commitment.** Keep it simple. ⨠If youāre a little further along in your goal-setting journey, watch my video where I show you how to use AI to get extra clarity.
