My big life lesson
I grew up rarely asking for anything. When we went visiting, I wasn’t allowed to ask for water, to use the toilet, or for anything at all, in case it inconvenienced someone. As ridiculous as it sounds now, that mindset stayed with me for a long time. I learned to go without, to expect disappointment, and to believe that if I wanted something, I’d have to sort it out myself. It’s only in the last ten years that I’ve really questioned this. How can we receive what we want if we never ask? How can others know how to support us if we don’t say what we need? And how can life, or the universe, respond if we don’t even know what we want our life to look like? I see this pattern so often in clients I work with, especially in women and mothers. We give, we sacrifice, we cope and somewhere along the way, we stop expecting anything for ourselves. We forget how to want. This isn’t about being materialistic. It’s about reconnecting with desire and clarity. You can’t consciously create a life you want if you haven’t taken the time to recognise what that is. Have you ever really stopped to think about what you want for your life?

@Jill Hart oooh the astrology reading sounds interesting. What did she tell you?
BIG ANNOUNCEMENT - PLEASE READ
As you all might already know, but for those who do not - I'm down in Arizona right now helping my 89 year old dad navigate medical treatment for a tumor that has recently been discovered. He is doing great but needs some help dealing with the various doctors and plan that has been designed to kill the cancer. I will be here for 10 days at least I'm hoping to be back home for the start of the Advent Event - December 12th. I'll keep you all posted and we will hold the daily calls. I'm thinking they will be at 1:00pm mtn every day and will be setting them up for that - I will have more information as this week and the chemo progresses. I am cancelling this weeks Q&A & Monetize your mission mastermind as he has doctor appointments scheduled all day. Prayers and patience gratefully accepted.

Hello everyone
I joined the group about a week ago and wanted to properly introduce myself before sharing anything else. My name is Lorene, I live in Melbourne Australia and the work I do today grew directly out of my own lived experience, not from a business plan or a branding exercise. After nearly 30 years of marriage, I found myself having to start again from the ground up. At the time, there was very little language around narcissistic abuse, very little understanding of the impact it has on identity, confidence, and a woman’s sense of self. I went looking for answers because I needed them to survive, and what started as personal healing slowly became a calling. I realised two things fairly quickly: 1. So many women were going through similar experiences silently. 2. Our lived stories, when shared honestly, are often the very thing that gives others clarity, permission, and hope. That’s what led me into the work I do now, supporting women to recognise the patterns that shaped their lives and then consciously choose a different way forward. Right now, I’m leaning into visibility in a more intentional way, learning how to amplify my voice through platforms like podcasting, community spaces, and longer-form content, while staying true to the depth and integrity of the work. I’ve just recorded a short video about why I do what I do, and I’ll share that next. Not as a polished pitch, but as an honest story, because that’s where real connection starts. Looking forward to learning, connecting, and growing alongside you all here.

@Hillis Pugh Absolutely, I would never want to go back and erase my past, I wouldn't be who I am now without it.
Hi, I'm Vicki! Thank you for welcoming me to your community!
Hello beautiful community! I'm so excited to be here. Jill joined my community a month ago and has been one of the most thoughtful and engaged members, so when I learned that she had a community also, I HAD TO JOIN! I'm Vicki and I'm the heart behind a new-ish community on SKOOL, the Wealthy & Unstoppable Circle! I’m a mom of two teenage girls, a wife, a dog-mom. For the past 25 years, I've been leading inside the financial services world. On paper, I had the career, the achievements, the stability. But somewhere along the way, I realized that financial success doesn’t automatically translate into financial freedom, ease, or a healthy relationship with money. I created the Wealthy and Unstoppable community because I want women to experience what I discovered. You can rewrite your relationship with money so that you're no longer triggered when an unexpected expense comes up. You can have a healthy debate and conversation with your husband about money that doesn't end in an argument. You can learn the practical strategies that increase your bank balance and brokerage account so that you're earning money in your sleep. And you can create a path towards financial freedom that's measured in joy, having time doing what you love, and the flexibility to live where you want to live. Let's redefine success and wealth together!

@Jill Hart When I talk about unconscious agendas, I’m not talking about something being wrong with you. I’m talking about the quiet programmes your subconscious runs in the background, to keep you safe, it's often shaped early in life, often before you had language, choice, or context. These agendas aren’t logical. They’re protective. At some point, your nervous system learned rules like: - Stay small to stay safe - Don’t need too much because you will be dissappointed - Keep the peace at all costs so everyone likes you - If I’m independent and don't need anyone, I won’t be disappointed None of these were conscious decisions. They were survival strategies. The subconscious doesn’t care about happiness or fulfilment. It cares about familiarity and safety. So even when you consciously want change, your subconscious may quietly steer you back toward what it recognises, familiar relationships, familiar struggles, familiar emotional states. That’s the agenda. It shows up when: - You say you want something different, but repeat the same patterns - You overthink decisions and then choose what feels “safe” rather than trueth - You attract similar dynamics in different packaging - You sabotage momentum just as things start to feel good Becoming aware of these unconscious agendas isn’t about digging endlessly into the past or blaming yourself. It’s about recognising who is in the driver’s seat. When these patterns remain unconscious, they run the show. When they are brought into awareness, choice becomes possible. So the real question becomes:Are you open to noticing the unconscious agendas your subconscious is still playing, not to judge them, but to gently update them? Because once you see them, you don’t have to obey them. You can thank them for protecting you…and then choose something new. Hope this helps

I had dinner with a lady from the US a few nights ago, asked why she was in Bali and she said she was escaping the US, her husband had passed and she didn't want to spend thanksgiving there without him, so she travelled to Bali where no one would care what the date was. I send out love to all of my friends in the US who are struggling at this time of the year. My heart goes out to you with sympathy and even though I have no understanding of what that holiday represents to you, I certainly do understand the feeling of being alone and loss. Take care my friends. xxx
