@Vasi Smith 💯
Inside my community, The Change Makers, we do a simple daily gratitude practice.
Not the fluffy kind. The intentional kind. Because here’s what the science tells us: When you consistently focus on what is working in your life, your brain begins to rewire itself to notice more of it. This is linked to something called the reticular activating system, (RAS), which filters what you see and pay attention to each day. Over time, this means: • You notice opportunities more easily • You feel less stuck in negative loops • Your baseline emotional state begins to shift It’s not about ignoring what’s hard. It’s about training your mind to stop overlooking what’s good. We keep it simple. A daily prompt. A moment to reflect. A small shift in focus. And those small shifts add up. Curious, do you practise gratitude consistently, or is it something you come back to when life feels heavy? Come join us in The Change Makers, and make this a daily practice.

Market and Move Monday!
If you know what to do, do it! If you don't know what to do, then just make it up, you can't do it wrong :) Basically, post anything related to Marketing (communities, offers, crafts, products you love, etc), and anything related to Joyful Movement that's lighting you up. Have a wonderful Monday, fellow Thriver!

@Vasi Smith thank you, but unfortunately I can't shift or shake today. 😪
Cilantro and Heavy Metals
Some people love it, some people hate it. Some say it tastes like soap. But, did you know that cilantro is a very effective detoxifier of heavy metals in the body? I'm not talkin' about heavy metal music, but just for fun, I linked a heavy metal music list, so you can think of cilantro while you listen to heavy metal music! Cilantro can actually bind to heavy metals like mercury, lead, and aluminum, that end up in our body through environmental or food exposures. These heavy metals can create unwanted symptoms like fatigue, skin conditions, and more. Cilantro binds with them and escorts them out of the body. It can be especially effective in combination with chlorella, another binding agent. You can learn more in this article. I learned about Chlorella being a binder from the awesome Food Matters Nutrition program that I’m enrolled in. The nutrition program was co-created by @Laurentine Tenbosch, and it’s one of the most interesting and enjoyable programs I’ve ever done. I’m also excited to become a certified Nutrition Practitioner when I finish the program. It sounds a little more professional than “self-professed Nutrition Nerd”, maybe? What do you think of cilantro, fellow Thriver?
