Back to running after injury
Hi, I am Mitja (35) from Slovenia. I ran and race for three years now. Last year I injured my adductor and had severe groin pain. I took off running for 4 months. Now I am back to running (25 - 30km per week). I want to run my first marathon race in October. Any guideliness for coming back after injury would be helpful :)

Firstly well done on smashing another marathon 💪. So interesting to hear when your head is at when not feeling totally ready on race day. Just ran Wally Hayward half in Pretoria and felt a cold coming and mixed with sub - par training, I just wasn't their on race day. However you two have just made me feel better about it and ready to tackle training for the next one, Huge thanks guys!
