Back to running after injury
Hi, I am Mitja (35) from Slovenia. I ran and race for three years now. Last year I injured my adductor and had severe groin pain. I took off running for 4 months. Now I am back to running (25 - 30km per week). I want to run my first marathon race in October. Any guideliness for coming back after injury would be helpful :)
