Following the first 2 SA properties, there has been a lot to absorb and work with team members so we have a good handle on systems. My goal has always been to have good grounding to then scale 🎯

Tuned into a very interesting session on Wednesday with Jay Staniforth regarding mindset, relevant to a psychological, cognative perspective. Jay Staniforth, as a trained Phsycologist grabbed my attention with the following take away areas in the business world: 1. Adjust your mind set to remain emotionally resilient through changing or volatile scenarios. 2. Understand what stress is telling you, with an ability to react intelligently. 3. Fight or flight is not a bad thing in short term periods of stress but not a long term position you want to be in! I have found myself in fight or flight mode following a severe brain injury in 2023 but as an engineer, I struggled with many unknowns or uncertainties along that journey. Any psychological support with technical understanding I think could help many people's journey to be the best you can in a logical way👍🎯

Great day on Saturday picking up the keys for 2 appartments in Stanhope with a great opportunity to meet the landlord. Was really beneficial to hear his property journey through his well established family business. Great to share some of our company values and vision.
