This is awesome. Can't wait to see it running for all. I like the CRM section also. Would like to know can you incorporate letters to the KO after a proposal is submitted and x amount of days passed no award just a kindly....good morning, just checking to see if an award has been made. Etc already good to go would be great.
Unsolicited proposal kit-available in the classroom (new)
Hello Skool friends, A rising tide lifts all boats. https://github.com/abexiong/govafy-unsolicited-proposal-kit What this is: An unsolicited proposal is how a small business pitches a new idea directly to a U.S. federal agency without responding to a solicitation, RFP, or RFI. It's governed by FAR Subpart 15.6 and it's one of the few formal channels where a small company can get a federal agency to consider an idea the agency hasn't already asked for. The problem: the rules are dense, the samples that exist online are mostly written for Fortune 500 primes, and a first-time small business has no good way to tell whether their idea even qualifies — let alone how to write it up correctly. For the complete breakdown--here is the skool link: https://www.skool.com/govafy-8131/classroom/788b8b3b?md=67250faefc42408881db43d53336f5f3

Ideal documents for your library
I received the following question from one of our Govafy/Skool members First, congratulations on working on her first proposal using Govafy The question: I want to add files to my library. Is there a list of ideal documents or content to add to my library or a folder? Skool community-what are your responses? I will respond as well.

Question on adding files to the library. That was the way I had to drop in the files for them to be uploaded in. But the question now is do I need to delete the library out everytime since every contract put into it is different?
Who are the leading experts in AI and GovCon?
To stay ahead in the 2026 government contracting landscape, following a mix of seasoned capture experts and the new wave of AI-focused technologists is essential. Facebook remains a hub for "hands-on" communities where veterans share real-world bid experiences and AI integration tips. Top Experts to Follow These individuals frequently share video training, policy updates, and AI implementation strategies tailored for small-to-midsize contractors: - Abraham Xiong (Govafy.com): A leading voice in merging AI with federal contracting. He focuses on "AI Agents" and how they can democratize access for smaller firms. His current content focuses on the "Rising Tide" philosophy—using AI to level the playing field. - Stacey (GovCon Pro): Known for her dual expertise as a government contract coach and AI Cyber Security Consultant. She is a go-to for technical compliance and modern bidding strategies. - Kizzy M. Parks: A powerhouse in the community known for winning over $25M in contracts. She frequently shares "no-fluff" advice on how to scale and automate the proposal process. - Marcellus Wade (Black Fox LLC): Focuses on the "blueprint" of winning, often highlighting the transition from traditional bidding to high-tech, 7-figure success.

Thanks for sharing. I only watched 1 video from Kizzy Parks and I came across your community. The others I have never heard of them. I am grateful to be in this community to learn skills, new skills, any skills that will help me along the way.
What’s stopping you from completing your first proposal?
🚀 Quick Question for Everyone Using Govafy AI… We’ve noticed a lot of people signing up (awesome 🙌), but not as many completing a full proposal yet. So I want to ask honestly: 👉 What’s getting in the way? Is it: - The platform not feeling intuitive? - Not sure where to start? - Getting stuck mid-process? - Something else entirely? No wrong answers here — your feedback helps us make this better for you. 💡 Goal: We want to make it ridiculously easy for you to go from sign-up → completed proposal. Drop your experience below (even if it’s “I haven’t logged in yet” 😅). The more real the feedback, the better we can improve. Let’s build something that actually works for everyone. 👇

Well the proposal was for a rfq however it was still incomplete in the end. That was my first all the way through run. I wouldn't mind practicing more, however, after I do and I run out of points, when I would really want to do one or so for real I won't be able to. So I will just review what came of it and read through it all and see what I can come up with. Do you have a program set up where it won't take away points now while in this phase? Just wondering what could be done
