Hey🌷
I’m Liya, 14 years old from Nagaland. Dance is more than just a passion for me—it’s how I express my emotions and tell my story. I joined this training to push myself beyond my limits, improve my skills, and grow into a strong performer. I’m ready to work hard, learn, and give my best in every step I take.🌷

💃 QUICK POLL
When you watch yourself on video, what's the first thing that bothers you most? A) My timing is always slightly off B) My arms look stiff and disconnected C) My facial expression is blank D) I look tired — no energy in my movement Comment your letter below 👇 There's no wrong answer here — knowing your weak point is the FIRST step to fixing it. Every single one of these is trainable. I'll be dropping specific drills for each one this week based on your votes. 🎯 Tag a dance friend who needs to be honest with themselves too 💜

Meet Your Coach: My Journey as a K-Pop Trainee (My Trainee Story)
Hi everyone, I’m Adina. 👋 I noticed we have a lot of new faces here, so I wanted to re-introduce myself and explain why this community exists. If you look around online, you will see a lot of people giving "K-pop advice." They watch the survival shows, they learn the dances, and they guess how the industry works. But I didn't just watch it. I lived it.💟 As a former K-Pop Trainee under a program, I know what actually happens behind the closed doors of a practice room. I know the feeling of training for 12 hours straight until the mirrors fogged up or having my monthly evaluation critiqued by agency executives. I built Chicadance Idol Training because I was tired of seeing aspiring trainees get bad advice. I created this space to bridge the gap between "cover dancer" and "trainee." Here is the difference you will find in this community: - Real Standards: I don't teach you to "look cute." I coach you to pass evaluations. - Insider Feedback: I grade your moves based on the criteria agencies actually use. - The Reality: I will tell you the truth about the industry, the hard parts and the amazing parts, so you are actually prepared. If you are ready to stop playing pretend and start training for real... you are in the right place. Let’s get to work. 💃✨
