Built my first AI agent. Now scaling acquisition is humbling me. 💜
I've spent the last few weeks going from 'how do I even get clients?' to 'why is cold outreach so brutal?' to "Why do I not even have one single person in my circle to even do warm outreach and start from my circle" (spoiler: it's both harder and more learnable than I thought). Here's the reality: I'm a B.Tech student + founder building AI voice agents for customer support and outreach in India. I've landed my first anchor client, tested my stack (Bland AI + n8n + Claude API), and shipped some demos. But acquisition? That's the gap I'm staring at. I'm not looking for someone to hand me clients—I'm looking to learn from people who've actually figured out how to reach decision-makers in verticals like logistics, fintech, or customer support. What works at your agency? What's your conversion rate on cold outreach? What made your first 2-3 clients actually happen? Genuinely grateful for any real talk on this. 🚀

Your first clients rarely come from perfect cold outreach. They come from trust. Spend less time chasing hundreds of prospects and more time building a reputation in one niche. Become known before you become needed. Distribution compounds faster than outreach.
Should I just keep going?
Hey everyone, I’ve just finished high school and am making videos at the same time (talking about AI agents, reviewing tools, etc.). But the problem is that my schoolmates are seeing the videos. I only have about 20 followers right now (since I only started a few months ago). I’m a bit worried about what my classmates think of me—whether they find it funny? Should I just quit or keep going? Does anyone even care? At the end of the day, I want to do something myself—whether it’s videos about AI education or something else. What should I do? I need your help!

Pratham, stop measuring your progress by your classmates' opinions. Measure it by whether you're better than last week. Skills compound, confidence follows action, and audiences grow with consistency. Keep building. Your future self is your real audience.
I'm All In
Hey everyone, I am Liya from India, Pune. I have just completed my 2nd year of engineering. I don’t see AI as just the future. This is our generation's best chance to build what matters—with small teams and big ideas. I want to land my first AI client and build a business that saves people time, not just money. I’m on board 🚀
