7 contributions to Let AI Do It Lab for ADHD Moms
🧠Lab 2 available this Friday!
I've been going through your answers to one question I asked when you joined: "What's one challenge you keep running into?" I read every single one. All 260+ of them. 🥰 And the same thing kept showing up, over and over, in your own words: 🔶 "I tend to do too many things and being overwhelmed" 🔶 "The fact that I can finish what I start. Many projects at once" 🔶 "Getting started! Having plans & ideas, but follow through is lacking 😵‍💫" 🔶 "Mind chaos and forgetfulness" 🔶 "Where do I start. Overwhelm, feeling behind, etc" 🔶 "Too many options when it comes to AI. It gets confusing" Almost 1 in 5 of you said some version of this. Reading through these, I felt it in my chest. Because I've lived this, too, as an ADHD mom with 2 young kiddos. The ideas don't stop coming...even during school drop-offs/pick-ups and while doing chores...but somewhere between having the idea and doing something with it, everything just...gets stuck. 😖 After 1000+ hours of therapy (yes! I've done that much deep inner work for 2 decades 😄), here's what I've come to understand about that stuck feeling. It's our ADHD brains trying to do 3 jobs at the same time: 1️⃣ Hold onto every idea so nothing gets lost 2️⃣ Sort through what it all even means 3️⃣ Decide what's actually worth doing Three jobs. At once. In your head. No wonder it freezes. No wonder our ADHD brains get lost in the analysis-paralysis abyss. 😩 That's exactly what our next Lab...Lab 2 is built to fix. Drum roll, please!!!!! 😄😄😄 --------------------------------------------------------------- ✨ INTRODUCING LAB 2: THE AI BRAIN DUMP LAB ✨ This is where we move from Level 1 to Level 2 on the AI Fluency Ladder™. In Lab 1 (AI Context Lab), you taught AI who you are. In Lab 2, AI starts working WITH you... For the first time, you'll hand AI something messy (your brain dump) and watch it become a real thinking partner. 🚀 Here's the shift: AI takes over the "hold" and "sort" jobs. That leaves you with ONE job... deciding what's worth doing, with AI's suggestion already on the table.

Looking forward to joining premium before Friday!
🥹 THIS is the kind of WIN that makes my whole heart full.
I had to pause and celebrate this comment from @Ilana Yahdav because this is exactly what we’re building here. Not “use AI perfectly.” Not “have the whole system figured out.” Not “finish every idea immediately.” But this: ✨ Catch the idea before it disappears ✨ Start doing instead of losing ideas in the ADHD abyss That is a HUGE win!!!!! And what made me extra teary-eyed is that she celebrated it out loud. 🥹 Because one thing I will keep lovingly repeating forever is this: 🧠 ADHD brains must see the progress. We can’t only celebrate the final polished result. Often, we don't even know what the "polished" result looks like. We have to celebrate the tiny shifts that make the final result possible. That's one way to make our journey worth it (because our ADHD journey is hard). 🥰 Ilana, I am so proud of you. This is such a beautiful example of working with your brain instead of fighting it. 💃💃💃 And for anyone reading this who has 47 half-finished ideas floating around somewhere... I’ll show you more ways you can use AI to capture, organize, sort, and actually use your brain dumps... so they don’t just become another pile of forgotten notes. That's what the Brain Dump Lab is all about...dropping this Friday. So, stay tuned. This one is going to be so helpful for our ADHD brains. 🧠✨ What’s one idea you want to brain dump today before it disappears?

I’m looking for the best way to “store” all those many ideas as well! Currently wanting to look more into using obsidian with an AI assistant of some sort as a possibility for managing all that.
Quick question for you... takes 10 seconds. 🙏
When you have a great idea but don't capture it right away, what usually happens? 🔶 I forget it completely 🔶 I find it weeks later and don't remember why it mattered 🔶 I dig through notes/apps trying to find it again 🔶 I just start over from scratch 🔶 Something else... Curious how common this is across our community. I'm working on something that's all about fixing this... your answer helps me make it land. 🙏

How to Avoid Accidental IP Issues When Using AI Company Logos
I was thinking about creating a visual for my Meta ad and Skool About Page using logos from different AI companies. Then my lawyer brain kicked in. 😂 Here’s the simple takeaway: Using the names of AI tools descriptively is usually much safer than using their official logos as part of our own marketing visuals. For example, saying: “We explore tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI platforms…” (which is what we explore here in our community)...is different from putting all their official logos on an ad image. That's because using official logos in certain ways might make it look like the community is sponsored by, partnered with, or endorsed by those companies. That matters because logos are usually protected brand assets...meaning protected by intellectual property (IP) laws. And with Meta ads...even if the intent is innocent...using another company’s logo could create unnecessary risk or get the ad rejected...or your account suspended for violating IP laws. 😱 -------------------------------------------------------------------------- So for our community, I’m choosing the cleaner route: ✅ Make our brand the star. ✅ Use AI company names only when helpful and descriptive. ✅ Avoid using official logos as decoration. ✅ Add a disclaimer when appropriate. A safer disclaimer could be something like: "Let AI Do It Lab™ is an independent community. We may discuss tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI platforms, but we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those companies." This is one of those little business details that can feel boring at first, but it actually protects what we’re building. Because an ethical AI business isn’t just about what we create. It’s also about how we create it. 🥰 -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Your Next Steps 🚀 1. If you’re creating ads, landing pages, or Skool graphics, check whether you’re using another company’s logo. 2. When possible, use plain-text names instead of official logos. 3. Add a simple “not affiliated/sponsored/endorsed” disclaimer when you mention specific tools.

Pretty sure I remember Canva cracking down not too long ago about this issue with people using their logo in templates and courses they were selling about Canva!

Currently looking at how to use it to keep track of larger projects/goals, and the smaller steps to getting there… and maybe help problem solve when things get derailed. Also wanting to use it locally to organize, read and pull out info from All the notes and documents on my computer.
