Hi, and welcome to the Let AI Do It Lab for ADHD Moms. 🥰 I'm grateful you're here. This community is built around one idea: 👉 AI must work for your real life, your real work, and your real ADHD brain. Not just answering questions. Actually helping. -------------------------------------------------------------- Here's exactly how to begin... just 2 steps. That's it.🥰 FIRST: 🎬 Watch the Kickoff This is your orientation to everything we're building together. It's under an hour, and it will change how you think about AI.🤯 Watch it 10 minutes at a time. Listen to it while cleaning or doing the laundry, like a podcast. Watch at 1.5x speed to save time. 😄 SECOND: 📚 Head to STEP 2: AI Context Lab in the Classroom. This is the 3-day training that makes everything else work. 🛑 PAUSE. Don't feel overwhelmed reading "3-day training." 😆 Again, permit yourself to watch them in increments... 5 minutes here, 20 minutes there... they all add up. In only 3 days, you'll create a simple AI Context so that any AI understands you completely... and stops making you repeat yourself. That's the re-explaining tax... gone. Your ADHD brain will thank you after. 🧠 We're building this together. You're right on time. I appreciate you. 🙏 Katherine P.S. Because we're just getting started, there's a special window open right now. You can lock in Founding Member pricing and get access to all future paid labs and courses I add to the Classroom at today's low price, forever. 🥳 No rush... It's here whenever you're ready. → See plans: https://www.skool.com/let-ai-do-it/plans I appreciate you. 🙏 Katherine

What Level Are You?
This is our AI Fluency Ladder™ --> it's the roadmap I wish I had when I first started using AI. 🧠✨ Because in the beginning, most of us use AI at Level 1: 🔶 We ask a question. 🔶 AI answers. 🔶 We copy, tweak, or ask again. That is useful. But it is not where the real shift happens. The real shift starts when AI moves from answering you...to working WITH you. That is Level 2. And Lab 2: AI Brain Dump Lab --> is all about Levels 1 and 2. Lab 2 will be available inside the Classroom starting this Friday. 👉 We’re going to take the mental tabs, scattered ideas, half-finished thoughts, content pieces, reminders, plans, worries, and “I need to remember this later” brain clutter... And learn how to use AI to help us sort it, organize it, and turn it into something useful. Not perfect. Not complicated. Useful. Because for our ADHD brains, the problem is not always that we have no ideas. Sometimes the problem is that we have TOO MANY ideas... And they are all trying to talk at the same time. 😅 Lab 2 is where we start practicing how to make AI a thinking partner. Not just a tool. Not yet a worker/agent (Level 3). But something steady beside us that can help us think more clearly when our brains feel full. So if you’ve ever thought... 💚 “I have so many ideas, but I don’t know where to put them.” 💚 “I start things, then forget why they mattered.” 💚 “My notes are everywhere.” 💚 “I need help getting my thoughts out of my head.” This one is for you. Friday, we’re climbing from Level 1 to Level 2 together. 🪜 I’m curious... When you brain dump right now, where does everything usually land? Notes app? Notebook? Google Doc? Voice memo? Random screenshots? Somewhere else entirely? 😄 I appreciate you. 🙏 P.S. Bring your messy brain. That’s the whole point.

Why AI is NOT going to replace you
I was driving my little one somewhere last week, half-listening to the GPS call out every turn. And somewhere around the third "recalculating" (😆)... I started thinking... Many are scared AI is going to replace us...but I have a different perspective. My GPS has never once driven my car. 🚗 It just shows me the road. I'm still the one who turns the wheel... and I'm the only one who knows the small human in the back seat will want a snack and a bathroom in ten minutes. 🥰 That little moment is the whole thing I want to share today. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- When someone asks, "what will be left for us when AI can do everything?"... I think the honest answer fits right inside the car. AI is the GPS. It suggests the route. We are the driver. We decide where to turn. And the people we love are the passengers... the whole reason for the trip. AI is weakest at the last two. And here's the part that matters for us, human beings... they are already our strengths. 💃💃💃 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 🔶 WE ARE THE DRIVER. I believe the 3 most valuable Human Skills in the AI era are: 1. Judgment ... seeing the road clearly. Is this good, true, worth it? 2. Choice ... turning the wheel. Picking one and letting the rest go. 3. Direction ... the route that forms behind you when many turns point the same way. A GPS (AI) can suggest a route. But YOU are the one who chooses to turn and where. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 🔶 OUR PASSENGERS MATTER A LOT And the people are our passengers... the part a GPS will never know. These are 2 more valuable Human Skills in the AI era: 4. Emotional intelligence ... reading feeling, yours and theirs. 5. Social intelligence ... reading the room and building real trust. A GPS can route. It cannot read the passengers. It doesn't know who is in the car, how they feel, or where they truly want to go.

@Amanda Connell I'm happy this resonated with you. I've been thinking about this for quite some time now...Your perspective is spot on. I appreciate you! 🙏
1️⃣ NEW HERE? Say Hi in One Line 👋 (Yes, One Line Is Enough)
Welcome 👋 If you just joined... I'm really glad you're here.🥰 I know our ADHD brains. We read, we lurk, we mean to come back later... and then three weeks quietly disappear. 😄 So let's keep this one easy. No bio. No pressure. No paragraph. Just drop ONE line below and tell me where you are today: 📍 Drowning in the to-do list 📍 Curious about AI but not sure where to start 📍 Somewhere in between That's it. One little line. I read every hello in here, and I'll reply to yours personally. This is how we start to feel like a real community... one small line at a time. 💚 I appreciate you. 🙏

@Emoke Vagasi You are definitely not alone here. We're all ADHD brain moms. 😄 I was diagnosed with ADHD 20+ years ago, and one of my sons has ADHD. So my lived experience is very much embedded in what I share here. This community was built for our ADHD brains first, then AI skills. 💞 I saw you mentioned in your membership responses when you joined that you have a million new ideas and want to calm down and create some order. Then you're gonna love Lab 2, which is launching this Friday inside our Classroom! It's all about that. 🥰 https://www.skool.com/let-ai-do-it/classroom

@Tracy Cook Welcome! And I love your perspective. As I mentioned in my TEDx Talk about ADHD: "Play up your strengths and compensate for your weaknesses." I've reframed my ADHD behaviors that way since my diagnosis 2 decades ago. That's what I'm sharing and incorporating into everything I teach. I hope what I share will be helpful for you and your students. 💞 Thank you for choosing to be part of our space.
Quick question for you... takes 10 seconds. 🙏
When you have a great idea but don't capture it right away, what usually happens? 🔶 I forget it completely 🔶 I find it weeks later and don't remember why it mattered 🔶 I dig through notes/apps trying to find it again 🔶 I just start over from scratch 🔶 Something else... Curious how common this is across our community. I'm working on something that's all about fixing this... your answer helps me make it land. 🙏
