Not everything in life is going to turn out the way we hoped or planned. But every experience gives us an opportunity to learn, grow, and become better. As Go-Givers, what matters most is taking what we’ve learned and using it to make a positive difference in our lives and the lives of others.

One of the greatest opportunities we have every day is to make a positive difference in someone else’s life. It doesn’t have to be something big. A kind word, an introduction, encouragement, sharing an idea, or simply helping someone when you can. That’s what living as a Go-Giver is all about. Who can you provide value to today?

I volunteered to bring watermelon for my son’s soccer team after the game. He promptly sent me a YouTube video on how to cut it. “Low-key, I can’t have you embarrassing me in front of my teammates.” 😂 He even came with me to buy a container because a gallon bag apparently wasn’t good enough. When I handed it to the coach, he said, “Wow, you cut it just like I would!” I told him my son had sent me a tutorial, and we both laughed. The team got watermelon, my son avoided embarrassment, and everyone had a great night. 🍉
