AI in FemTech: Innovation Must Be Built on Trust
Sharing a recent paper from DLAPiper titled "The role of AI in FemTech". AI is creating exciting possibilities in FemTech, from more personalized care to better health insights. But as this space grows, so do the responsibilities around data protection, bias, transparency, and responsible design. For innovators, compliance and ethics should be seen as enablers of sustainable growth, not obstacles. How do you see AI shaping the future of women’s health? https://www.dlapiper.com/en/insights/publications/2026/04/the-role-of-ai-in-femtech

Welcome to Women Lead AI 👋 I’m so glad you’re here!
This is a women-led space to learn how to use AI for real career and business growth, without the overwhelm, noise, or tech-bro energy. You do not need to be technical, confident, or “good at AI” yet. Curiosity is enough. To get us started, I’d love to hear from you 👇 Introduce yourself in the comments and answer ONE or TWO of these: - What do you do right now? - Where would you love AI to help you most in your work or business? - What is one thing about AI that currently feels confusing or intimidating? There are no right answers. Sharing helps others feel less alone and helps this community grow in the right direction. I will be using your answers to shape what we focus on next, including topics, tools, and guest sessions. Thank you for being here at the beginning. Let’s make AI feel useful, human, and empowering, together. Wiktoria 🌟

Hi everyone, great to be here! I’m Lisa, based in Hong Kong, working at the intersection of dispute resolution, strategic partnerships, and AI-enabled business solutions. My background is in dispute resolution and mediation with a focus on practical, outcome-driven approaches to resolving complex cross-border business challenges. I am particularly interested in how AI can support better decision-making and more efficient workflows, while ensuring strong governance around ethics, accountability, and responsible use. I am also a community leader with WITI (Workforce Innovation, Trust and Influence) where I support initiatives that empower women in innovation and technology. Looking forward to learning from this group, exchanging ideas, and exploring how we can make AI truly work in real-world applications.
