Hey everyone Dr Cody wanted me to share how far I've come in 179 days on the program I'm down a total of 43 lbs and 36 inches and I'm going to share my photos which is a big step for me.

Fast40 helped me shed 22 pounds before the holidays. While the holidays and lots of travel resulted in some backsliding, I'm grateful to have a proven approach to return to that is simple and enjoyable. Although it's just been a few days, the scale is moving in the right direction again and I feel great. Fast40 taught me how to listen to and learn from my body, and to appreciate the insight the scale can offer. I'm excited to be back and committed to reaching my long-term health goals.

This group could also be called Fit Over 60!!! Who would have thought I could fit into my favorite pair of jeans 12 years later. I’ve been saving 4 pair of pants for over a decade thinking if I only followed this plan or stopped eating sugar for the rest of my life I could fit into my favorite pants again…. So I saved these hoping for a miracle. Well I found IT!! The miracle is the Fast 40 program. I was going through my closet today and saw this box of pants and thought I should give them a try. They FIT!! And it’s a comfortable fit. I don’t have any extra fat hanging over the top after I button them. I can believe how well the Fast 40 works. It’s been 12 years since I tried to put these pants on. 12 years 23 lbs and 19 inches total and I’m back in my favorite jeans and clothes. At 61 years old it’s hard to believe that I am at the same weight I was in high school. 😳🥰 Thank you Dr.G
