Looking for advice
Hey all, I'm reaching out to you amazing people because I've got a bit of a brain block. I've created a GPT that I believe can bring value to small businesses in an area where I have expertise. Has anyone monetised their GPT's, and if so, how and where did you host them? Having lost my job towards the end of last year, it could be a great way for me to create revenue. I'm trying to work out my next steps and find the lowest-cost option first, while it's established. TIA, Lisa

@AI Advantage Team Thank you so much. I'll investigate those options - I can visualise it all: the consultancy, some bespoke added-value options, the whole kit and caboodle, except for this element that bridges it all.

@Joseph Randall I agree - Although it can come with issues… I’ve lot access to the email address I set it up with. I run another “back up” account but it’s in no way the same. Hoping Open AI sorts that out before too long - or before I somehow lose my access. I honestly think I would feel quiet bereft of that were to happen

@Michael Harris that really good going
🧠 When AI Feels Hard, It’s Usually Because We’re Treating It Like We’re Being Tested
Most of us don’t struggle with AI because it’s confusing. We struggle because, subconsciously, we think we’re being evaluated. Evaluated on how well we prompt. On whether we “get it.”On whether we’re using it the right way. So we tighten up. We overthink our inputs. We hesitate to experiment. We quietly assume everyone else understands this better than we do. That pressure doesn’t come from AI itself. It comes from the mental frame we bring into the interaction. And until we change that frame, AI will continue to feel heavier than it needs to. ---- Why We Turn AI Into a Performance ---- Most tools we’ve used throughout our careers rewarded correctness. You followed steps. You learned the system. You mastered the interface. Once you knew how it worked, results were predictable. So when AI entered the picture, we carried that same expectation forward. We assumed there was a right way to interact with it. A correct prompt. A level of fluency we were supposed to reach before we could rely on it. But AI doesn’t reward mastery in the traditional sense. It responds to engagement. When we approach it like a test, every imperfect output feels like a personal failure. When we approach it like a system that needs to be guided, those same outputs become information. The friction isn’t the technology. It’s the invisible pressure we place on ourselves. ---- The Shift: From Performing to Participating ---- The most effective AI users aren’t trying to sound smart. They’re trying to be clear. They don’t aim for perfection on the first input. They expect to shape the result over time. That mindset changes behavior immediately. Instead of asking, “Did I prompt this correctly?”They ask, “What can I clarify next?” Instead of stopping when output misses the mark, They respond, refine, and redirect. This is the moment AI stops feeling like a judge and starts feeling like a collaborator. Not because the tool changed.Because the relationship did. ---- Language Isn’t a Command, It’s a Steering Wheel ----

For me, it’s about building trust and letting AI know your voice. I’ve worked by using bad prompts, improving prompts, and honing everything until I have a tool I can truly collaborate with.
Building My Next Chapter with AI
Hi everyone 👋I wanted to share a quick update on my journey. I may be a bit behind on the schedule, but it’s because I intentionally took the time to fully learn and practice each tool instead of rushing through the course. Because of what I’ve learned here, I officially registered my new business THE SWITCH, LLC, and by using just one prompt from the training, my very first Facebook post reached 1,500+ views. I’m not trying to save time right now—I’m building a new life, and real transformation takes focus and commitment. I’m incredibly grateful for this opportunity and for being surrounded by such an inspiring community. Thank you all for the support and motivation.

I love what youve said here, Veronica. You’ve articulated what I’m out to achieve here too - wishing you every success
💥 When Life Feels Impossible
Everyone loves the victories. No one loves the chapters where nothing works. No traction. No proof you’re on the right path. No one clapping. Just you… doing the work… wondering if any of it matters. But here’s the part people miss: These “impossible” chapters are where you build the actual advantage...the resilience, grit, clarity, and skill set that make you look “overnight successful” later. The chapter isn’t the problem. Your expectation that it should feel good is the problem. Keep moving. Let your actions drag your emotions along for the ride. Do the reps when it’s boring, lonely, or unclear. Because this is just one chapter. And if you quit here, you never get to the part where it all pays off. Take one small action today...especially if you don’t feel ready. That’s how you separate yourself from everyone who’s still waiting for the “right time.”
