While automated follow-up is important. MY clients are more apt to respond and remain from personalized interaction. Appointment reminders was the best fit to that for me.

1️⃣ Name: Lisa Murphy 2️⃣ What I do: I help service-based business leaders scale by 33–150% without burning out—by installing real systems, decision frameworks, and leadership structure so they stop being the overworked employee in their own business. 3️⃣ Where I’m from: USA 4️⃣ What I’m working on right now: Helping business leaders move out of chaos and into clarity—through decision architecture, leadership alignment, and building businesses that don’t depend on them for every move. (Also filling my next round of workshops and bringing in founding members for FOCol.) 5️⃣ Fun fact: I run a farm, work with animals daily, and somehow that’s where half my best business strategy gets figured out—turns out horses don’t tolerate confusion either 🐎
