Good morning. I want to make you aware of a current Go HighLevel platform outage affecting many agencies this morning. At the moment, I cannot access any client accounts (including my own agency account). Sub-accounts can still log in, but several features across the platform are not working correctly. I have already been in direct contact with Go HighLevel support and submitted an elevated support ticket. This appears to be a platform-wide issue, not something specific to your account or my agency. At this time there is no workaround and the only option is to wait for Go HighLevel to resolve the issue on their end. If you attempt to contact the 24/7 support button inside GHL, it is still active, but they are receiving a high volume of requests and will likely only be able to confirm the same outage. Please know that your account and supporting you is always my top priority. I’m actively monitoring the situation and will update you as soon as access is restored.
