Nervous System Overload
Hi, All. I’m slowly healing from an extremely traumatic experience that I had no idea was happening in my life. It came as a complete shock and my nervous system went into total overload for about one year. I’m trying to heal, but a lot of times I feel stuck. My mind & body are extremely stressed. Hoping to find something to get me out of this state. I would love any and all suggestions. Thanks! 💜💜💜 So happy to be here in this community.

You are in the right place! The first time I attended one of these events and spoke with several of the other attendees, I realized there are so many of us that have had traumatic experiences and seeking our way out of the hole that we dug ourselves into trying to protect ourselves. I was in full blown fighter flight state for 3 years. It took its toll when I got the shingles from the stress. That was more pain that I've ever had in my life but that was the tail end of the trauma having control. I pretty much shut down and then one day I like in the mirror and I did not recognize myself inside or out. I wondered who that person was looking back at me and I knew that I was somewhere in there. It was as simple as making a choice. I chose in that moment to be my authentic self. I chose to release my past. Symbolically I took a huge book like when you would see on Harry Potter or something and it was all of the experiences of my life that did not bring me joy and the traumas and I shut the book and I walked it over to one of those really big fireplaces that's like eye level, And I threw the book in and I slowly watched it burn. And now I move forward with no past and so my perspective is so different on everything on a daily basis. I look at things new without any judgment or any experience. This event will really help you release what's holding you back. And they will explain everything in a way that is understandable so you know what your body's doing and you know that you are in control. I'm happy you're here! This is just the beginning!
Help me get to level 5 🙏🏻
I'm getting pretty close to level 5 to unlock the full experience in the classroom. I've been doing the daily practice pretty consistently for the past week to 10 days but actually found posting about it every day in the community was creating resistance for me so not been doing the daily check ins. But now I need help from this awesome community to get me over the line!!

Ask and ye shall receive! Don't overthink your "need to check in". You don't have to share your past experiences. You can share your presence with a quick hello or a simple wave. Your energy behind that will be noticed without any words needed. Connection isn't easy so let yourself off the hook with that. I'm happy you are here and all I really read was, you wanted to get to level 5! That was enough for me to make a comment so don't try to do anything or make yourself uncomfortable. This is a safe space for you... to be you. Nothing more nothing less. We are all here to get to the next level of greatness so you are accepted just as you are in this moment. You will have the opportunity to learn so much so don't allow any drifting thoughts to cloud your ability to soak it all in. I'm happy you are here!
Welcome Newbies!
Welcome to all the newbies! Get ready to be amazed! You may laugh and you may cry during these three days so allow yourself to BE. It is all perfect because you are all perfect! See you there!

Episode 1: Introduction to Somatic Metaskills
Our founders @Steven Jaggers and @Fish Fischer dropped an podcast episode. A complete podcast series breaking down the 4 MetaSkills that transform how you show up in every relationship, conversation, and moment of your life. Episode 1: Introduction to MetaSkills is live now. This isn't just theory - it's the foundational technology behind everything we teach. The skills that turn good facilitators into great ones, and great humans into magnetic ones. What they cover: - Why communication is actually happening 24/7 (whether you're speaking or not) - The difference between somatic communication and traditional "communication skills" - How to build your internal "internet" - the integrated network within yourself - The AHA framework: Alignment, Holding Space, Attunement You can watch the episode below or listen on Spotify/ Apple. This is pure gold from the source. No fluff, just the real technology of transformation. Who's listening? Let us know what lands for you in the comments. Episodes 2-4 coming soon covering each MetaSkill in depth...

@Megan Arnold snow!! And you have real snow up there not like down here in Texas where it's all mixed in with mud and grass because it's not enough to even cover the ground. I was born in Connecticut and in the summers we would go up there but when you're I went for Christmas and wow did I experience snow! I jumped off the back porch which was pretty high because of the cellar and I got stuck in the snow. I had to yell for my parents to come out and I raised my arms up and my dad pulled me straight up out of the snow. That was some serious snow! When would think that snow is easy to move around in because it's so light and fluffy yeah right until your chest high deep in it. Hahaha.
