I bought three lots in saginaw Michigan for $900. I sold two for $3000 each

I'm excited to share I finally sold my two in one bundle with seller financing! The buyer messaged me the night before and in the morning a few times. She decided to call as soon as I got to work and we were in communication during the morning hours. When I got home, I sent the contract, she paid and we were both happy everything went smoothly. With all that being said, ITS POSSIBLE!!!🙏 It feels like a domino effect right now and I am enjoying the ride for what's to come.

Sold my first lot from the Wayne County auction. (The return on investment was ridiculous!) I sent her the seller finance contract and the PayThen link on Wednesday, she went to view the lot yesterday, woke up today. and BOOM! 🤑 Payment had been made! Got one more to sell, and then many more to buy. Let’s gooooo!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

WOW! Can’t believe I submitted my very first application for a BILLBOARD in Macon, Georgia. What the freak! I never even knew this was “a thing” until I joined Charles’ group. I’ve learned so much from the Billboard Queen @KaySaidIt. My application has to be reviewed and approved by Macon zoning and planning department. Will take over a month to get the results…. Staying PRAYERFUL cause God ALWAYS got me! Let’s gooo! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🤗🤗🤗

Hello family, I wanted to share my progress with the Saginaw land bank. I was approved to purchase five lots in Saginaw, Michigan, at $300 each. I have decided to buy three of them. I don't want to get in over my head just starting, but I am very excited. I want to thank Mr. Charles for creating this fantastic community and for his tireless efforts to put us in the best position for success. Mr. Charles and his team are amazing and full of knowledge. I would like to give a special shout-out to Ms. Tara, my coach for the program. Her guidance and feedback on my many questions were always on point. I appreciate her knowledge, professionalism, punctuality, advice, and especially her patience. I am also in the process of bidding for properties on the Building Detroit landbank. This community has allowed me to build confidence within myself, which I never knew I had, by instilling knowledge and believing in me, thereby boosting my confidence to believe in myself.
