Monday, May 11th Update: Everything is going well. Mom is sleeping a lot, which is good for her healing. She's eating well, and her pain is manageable. She sends her thanks and best wishes. __________________ Mom, is doing well. The doctor said everything went great and that she should get some immediate pain relief and with time, a little more mobility. Won't know how much until things have had time to heal and she has had time to rebuild her strength. She truly appreciates your continued care and support and hopes to be back with you soon. Knowing mom, it won't be too long.

My oh my! This month has gone by so quickly. I didn’t get a lot of sewing done and this was my month to reset. I did some things in my bingo card but I didn’t realize how absent I have been. Here’s to a more creative May!

Gather all the scraps you have that fit the theme, mood, color or textures you want and piece them together until you get the amount of fabric you need. Obviously, this works best for small projects like purses, totes, pillow cover, embellishments, etc.
